  5.      Following this screen, you will be presented with a menu of scripts.
  6.   Choose the script you qualify for and you will then be asked several
  7.   questions.  After filling out the script(s), you will be given the
  8.   corresponding access after callback verification is completed!

  10.      If you do not currently qualify for one of these forms, you can
  11.   register later on by filling out the appropriate (S)cript questionnaire
  12.   inside PCBoard.
